Jotform: Managing Forms & Submissions

Managing Your Forms

Once you have logged in to your Jotform account - you can view all of your previously created forms by clicking on 'MY FORMS'


Your forms will be listed by date. If you have several forms, you have the option to categorize your forms by favorites or archive older forms you don't want to delete. From this main dashboard you will see the number of new submissions, total submissions and the date each form was last modified.


Select a form by clicking on one - it will highlight several options.

Folders - put your forms in folders
Delete - delete your form
Submissions - view all of the submissions made with this form - option to export
Reports - view reports you have created
More - archive, mark as read or disable your form
Edit form - edit the actual form
Inbox - view each submission
More - allows you options to further use your form

Viewing Submissions

If you click on the SUBMISSIONS button at the My Forms dashbard - you will be taken to a screen where you can view individual form submissions as well as an overall view. (names and emails have been omitted). From this screen, you can see what messages have not been 'READ' as well as the date and basic information.



If you click on the INBOX button at the My Forms dashboard - a small window will open that displays each submission. Use the <  >  buttons to navigate through the submissions in the order they were received. You can print the submission right from here as well.
